For more than a decade, Emma Roberts, owner of Capers Catering, dreamed of converting a vintage VW bus into a luxe mobile bar. In 2018, she met this beauty online, fell in love, restored and upgraded every tiny detail, named her Penny Lane, and the rest is history.
